Your ad payments are due the same day each month on the same date. Your due date is determined by the date of which we received your signed Insertion Order. All ads placed on the 29th, 30th or 31st of any month, will be automatically moved to the first day of the following month. Your ad will run for a full 30 days from your time of notification on the site that we have placed your ad regardless of the due date. You will get the time you have paid for, but nothing more.
THERE IS NO GRACE PERIOD. All ads are due on the due date. Any ad that is not paid on time will be removed on the date that you were sent your notification of ad placement.
All ads are automatically renewed. You may cancel at anytime BEFORE the due date, however, once charged, there is no refund. You may cancel by email notice, USPS or telephone Monday through Friday from 9 AM until 5 PM central standard time.
It is your responsibility to keep current and accurate financial information provided to us for your account. We are not a collection agency and if your ads are not paid on time, we don't call or send email. We pull the ad.
We reserve the right to take down any ad for any reason we feel appropriate. Any ad that is taken down before the due date will be reimbursed a prorated amount for the days in that month that the ad did not display.
The intent is to offer text ads on pages with high link popularity for the purpose of offering a text ad only. The purpose of this service is to generate sales to the site that you are advertising. When the ads are ordered they are placed on a site with the page rank, according to google's free toolbar, that was requested at the time of order. We have no control over what google may or may not do. If they make a PR 9 drop to a PR 8, it doesn't mean that the site has any less link popularity, less traffic or less quality. It only means they are counting things differently. If the site was making you money, it should continue to do so, but remember, we have no way of knowing what you, google or the inventory partner will do at any given time. We are just the brokers.
If you see a change involving a site you advertise on, it is your responsibility to let us know that you want your ad price adjusted or you want your ad moved. Remember, the advertiser always has the right to order and pay for whatever they like. If an inventory partner doesn't want to accept the price you're offering, we will simply cancel that ad and move it to an inventory partner that is willing to accept the price. However, ad adjustments can only be made and honored PRIOR to your due date. If we are notified of a change and/or a request has been made to move the ad or have the pricing adjusted this will take place on or after your next due date.
As the advertiser you are allowed 2 business days to reject the placement of the ad. After those days have passed you will be subject to a fee of $39.00 to move or change your ad.
We operate within the laws of the Great State of Oklahoma. All legal disputes must be arbitrated within Oklahoma County, Oklahoma under the laws of said state and any legal actions taken must be taken in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
JUST SOME OF THE REASONS OUR NETWORK WOULD REJECT YOUR AD
- Your site is cloaked.
- Your site is re-directed to another site.
- You are promoting pornography, hate, war or violence.
- Your site contains hidden text.
- Your site contains a long list of meaningless keywords at the bottom of your page.
- Your site is a member of known link farms.
- Your site loads too slowly.
- Your site doesn't look professional.
- Any other reason.
You have to remember that we reserve the right to refuse any ad for any reason, and so do our network partners. You are asking people who have put forth a great deal of effort, to risk their good name and their image. You are asking a lot for not a lot of money. The only way this is ever going to work is if you realize that if your ad is rejected, you have a problem. We will let you know why your ad was rejected to the best of our knowledge. There is no point in getting mad at the messenger. We WANT your ad and if we don't take your money then YOU have a problem. You can get mad at us all you want, but YOU still have a problem.
This is a broker service for legitimate ads to be run on legitimate sites for the purpose of conducting professional e-commerce.
Right of Refusal: After the advertiser is notified of ad placement, the advertiser has a 48 hour right of refusal. This a legal requirement that protects us, the advertiser and the website owner.
